App Overview

Total efficiency - calculated as the SMV over the total work time (On + Off). This will drop if you spend time in off-standard.
Onstandard Efficiency which is the SMV over the on Standard work time. This will not drop if you spend time in off-standard. For example, 54 SMVs worked in 60 minutes = 90% efficiency. (54/60 * 100)
Total SM – number of standard minutes worked in this session
Total off standard time – time spent in off standard in this session
On standard efficiency – percentage SMVs accrued divided by 60 (minutes/hour)
Total counter – number of items processed in this session
Total worktime – time spent working since production reset which can be configured in the schedules section
Deducted SM – deductions based on quality control issues
Operation SMV - the standard minute value (SMV) for this operation
Operation PR - the piece rate for this operation

Efficiency and star feedback on completed work

For every piece completed, in the operator gets a quick and visual feedback of efficiency for the last job. Stars are related to % efficiency which can be configured in the global settings

3 stars = 100% efficiency

2 stars = 80% efficiency

1 star = 30% efficiency
