Live Production - Standards

Definition and Functionality

Live Production > Standards

Standards, sometimes called off-standards, are statuses related to staff or machines that cause a slow down, or stop of production. There are productive off-standards such as training, transfer at average, slower machines, etc. Unproductive off-standards are defined where the user cannot report any production, i.e. faulty machines, meetings etc.

Users - these standards affect people, such as training or sickness

Locations - these standards affect the location or machine, such as mechanical breakdown or depletion of material

Stats Tabs and Status

The tabs shows different type of data related to the off-standard codes. The statistical data is based of two traceable criteria; user related and location related.

User

Off-standard per user displays KPIs based on time spent by the code with output efficiency and the percentage spent on the code versus total off-standard time. You can browse each code and it will inform you which user used the non-standard code.

Location

Off-standard by location displays same KPIs as the users, but you can browse each code by location showing data by location and operation.
