Balancing And Skills


To help understand your staff member's skills and relative efficiency, the balancing feature has been added to the Operations page under Live Production.


To access this information:


  •  Go to 'live production' - operations
  •  Choose the relevant operation and click the small triangle next to the product ID to expand the row (do not click the ID number as this will take you to another page related to that operation)
  •  When expanding you will see production break down by users who is or has been on the operation.Depending on the filters used for department, team product category and interval.


This example shows the users currently working or who previously worked on the operation, the other operators has been on the op earlier.




Next step is a the 'users will skill” that will bring up statistics for the last 2 months on the operation of all users who have worked on this operation. This allows you to compare their efficiencies, offstandard, etc.
