Operation Sequencing

Opeation sequencing is a way to allow  an easy transition for operators to move between operations quickly. This is enabled by a setting in the location table (currently called “Op Seq”).

The operation list button will show a list icon + a sequence arrow to visualize the feature.

The following rules will apply:

  1. Global setting for defaulting to the operation on previous job will be overridden.
  2. With rule 1 excluded, when scanning a job, the normal defaulting of operation will be executed.
  3. Tapping operation button will step to next uncompleted operation.
  4. Tap and hold operation button will bring up operation list where normal operation selections can be made.
  5. Doing a complete all will complete all and then step to next operation.
Also if completing the last piece with complete X button will step to the next operation.
  6. Doing complete X but not reaching full quantity will not step to next operation.

TO the right is a sample result of this sequence:

  • Scanning job
  • Complete ALL
  • Complete ALL
  • Complete ALL
  • Produce 3 or hit +1 three times
  • Tap for Next Op
  • Produce 3 or Hit +1 three times
