Manage Menu
In the manage menus, data is manipulated. Created, deleted, edited. Please see flow charts for clarifications of data structure and hierarchy . All ID fields have a limit of 32 characters and all name fields have a limit of 64 throughout the manage menu.

Save State |
Saves the current state of the grid, for example hidden columns, order of columns, width of columns |

Clear State |
Clears the current state of the grid and restores the default state |
|
Add Row |
Adds a new row to the grid |
|
Cancel |
Cancels any modifications that have not been saved, for example accidentally adding a new row or modifying data |
|
Save |
Saves any new rows or modifications to data |
|
Export |
Exports the current grid to Excel |
|
Delete |
Deletes the selected row, prompts for confirmation |
|
Archive |
Moves the selected row to the archive |
|
Restore |
Restores the selected row from the archive |
|
Purge |
Purges the selected records (only available for archived work orders), deletes all related transactions |
Main Grid:
All grids follow the same structure. Every record starts with and identifier “Id”, description and then the different options. All fields have search, filters and sorting functions. The columns can be resized, rearranged and hide

Filter column options: Contains, equal to, starts with, etc. |

Remove Filter |
Clears any filter in the column |

Select line option to highlight row, can then be deleted, archived or printed |
