Manage Menu

In the manage menus, data is manipulated. Created, deleted, edited. Please see flow charts for clarifications of data structure and hierarchy .  All ID fields have a limit of 32 characters and all name fields have a limit of 64 throughout the manage menu.

Save State


Saves the current state of the grid, for example hidden columns, order of columns, width of columns


Clear State


Clears the current state of the grid and restores the default state


Add Row


Adds a new row to the grid


Cancel


Cancels any modifications that have not been saved, for example accidentally adding a new row or modifying data


Save


Saves any new rows or modifications to data


Export


Exports the current grid to Excel


Delete


Deletes the selected row, prompts for confirmation


Archive


Moves the selected row to the archive


Restore


Restores the selected row from the archive


Purge


Purges the selected records (only available for archived work orders), deletes all related transactions




Main Grid:


All  grids follow the same structure. Every record starts with and identifier “Id”, description and then the different options. All fields have search, filters and sorting functions. The columns can be resized, rearranged and hide

Filter


Filter column options: Contains, equal to, starts with, etc.


Remove Filter


Clears any filter in the column


Details

Selection

Select line option to highlight row, can then be deleted, archived or printed
