Location Details

Clicking a location ID from any live production view brings up a detailed view of the selected location.

In this view all operations performed at the specific location during the selected time period can be seen. This is very useful in instances where a single location has multiple users throughout a time period.

By using this view it’s possible to identify who was at the specific location and performed which specific operation at any time.

There are three options of time periods that can be chosen.

Production interval allows the selection of current live status or history from a specific day.

Pay Period allows selection of an entire pay period (this period depends on configuration). This option will group operations under each day and can be expanded to show all operations performed each of the days included in the period.

History by date allows the selection of a time frame between two selected dates. This works just as Pay Period but allows a customized period.

There are four tabs in this view; OverviewProductionWork time and Quality. All tabs show all operations performed at the location within the time period.

The columns are divided into the following:

  • Time (Time operation was initiated)
  • User (Which user initiated the operation)
  • Status (Standard/Offstandard)
  • Offstandard (If offstandard was used, this column shows which)
  • Operation; ID, Name
  • Job; Workorder, Unit (Shows which WO and Unit the operation is related to)
  • Product (Which product the operation is related to)
  • Standard statistics; Cycle Time, SMV, Produced, Pay and Efficiency
  •

User Information, each tab also shows information about the user(s) that has been active at the location
