The audit functionality creates different levels of sampling to measure Acceptable Quality Limits (AQL) for the work order to customer specifications. This feature allows you to create levels based on the size of the work order to pass or fail based on the number of samples passed or failed during the final audit process.

Manage > Quality > Audit
Audit tables can be created according to the parameters of your clients. The details take you to another screen to build the parameters for the AQL inspector.
Details
The details show the levels based on the size of the work order with the number of sample size needed to inspect and what are the maximum faults (Faults Max) allowed to approve or reject the work order.

Based on the type of audit table you need to use, assign the specific table that will be used to report the AQL.
AQL inspection must be assigned to a specific location parameter to enable the function. The tablet displays the number of pieces required to be audited and all defective operations can be reported against cutting.
