Transaction Modifications Overview

Definition and Functionality
Modifications are made when the data input is incorrect and the user skips the transactions. Modifications can be done at different levels, from changes of time, unit, etc. or inserting a brand new transaction. Modifications can be made in Real Time data or historical data.
Modifications can be done only by role level, there is a level of security that allows changes. Modifications can be done at different screens depending on the user’s profile.
Modifications – User Transactions
All user transactions are visible on the following screen. To modify a record, you must mark the transaction with a check mark and press the Modify key, then a new screen will appear and then you will make the different types of modifications.
Modify Existing Transaction(s)
The modify transaction display gives different options to modify existing transactions.
- Change of date and time.
- Change of status (working, off-standard, break, etc).
- Location.
- Operation.
- SAM value produced.
- Work order, unit.
- Units produced.
Comments are required to make the change.
Inserting a new Transaction
The insert screen allows you to create a new transaction to insert it into the user's transactions. Press the Insert key from the transaction header and a new screen will be displayed.
- To insert a transaction you need to now the start time and end time.
- Status of the transaction.
- Comment required.
Split transactions
The split display allows you to split a transaction into multiple transactions to add new record, i.e. a new bundle or split production.
- Split is done at a specific time.
- Production is split by different options.
- Comments are required to make the modification.
Modifications – Team Leader Screen
Tools > Team Leader
The modifications done at this screen are related mostly to real-time data with the exception of the Mass Insert.
Off-standard approvals
Used quickly to approve off-standard request by the users.
Live Transactions
Team Leader > Live transactions can be modified or split. Based on the classification criteria, you can view the transaction type or all transactions. The modification or split process requires the same logic mentioned above.
Modifications – Logs
Tools > Logs > Logs
Record modifications are used to modify or split historical data. The records have the functionality of creating pivot tables to order data to facilitate their search, that is, group by work order number, user, location, etc.
Mass Insert Transactions
Tools > Team Leader
Mass insert transactions are a feature that allows the account user to add a record to multiple users at once. This function can be used for real-time data or historical data, that is, insert a break, add a "forced meeting" off-standard.
