Support is one of several methods that you can use to create a support ticket in order to ask questions and get assistance with any and all aspects of your Exenta Shopfloor system.  All requests for help should be initiated via our ticket system to help us stay organized and to ensure you get the fastest response possible.

Once you have submitted the ticket, you should receive an email confirming the receipt of your ticket which will be sent to the email provided.  You can also request help by submitting a detailed description of your request through the customer portal.
