System Logs - Transactions


Tools > Logs > Logs


The log screen allows the user to audit detailed transactions. It also allows the user to make modifications to the user's transactions. It also helps track scheduling routines and production events and error notifications.



Functionality:


Users use the screen to search all transactions and events to audit time stamps of different types of transactions. The system shows transactions and productions events, schedule routines events and all transactions created by the users including absences. The log screen uses the same filters as the Live Production screens.

Production Events:


Production events cover items such as Sign In, Sign Out, Enter and Exit Off-standard, Start Job, Report Job, Cancel Job, and Change Operation etc.


Schedules


This tab shows logs for any task that is entered under Manage->Schedule. If a task runs successfully it will be listed in this area of the system logs and if it fails, you will see an entry in the skipped column.


Transactions


Transaction log shows information sent in by tablets from operators. When a user completes an operation on a work order, time in compiled from when the operator scans the work order ticket, selects an operation and presses the box to complete a single unit or entire bundle.
