Basic Navigation
The User Navigation highlights the standard functionality of Shop Floor Control to manage and view information.
Sign In:
A browser link would be provided to start working in the system. i.e. http://localhost:80/#
To sign in into the system from the browser:
Landing Page:
Top Header:
The top header contains a search field, user account and link to the landing page.
Task Bar
The task bar allows quick access to the different menus.

Manage Menus Navigation
Top Header:The header contains functions to add, delete, archive, print and sort data in all administrative entries.
Manage Menu Header Options:
Heather functions: The heather functions are standard for most menus.

Print Labels |

Save the Grid: Enables to save any of the arrangements of the columns. |

Clear the Grid: All columns go back to the initial default |

Add a New Record |
|
Cancel Changes: Clears any changes that were not save in the application. One record or multiple records. |
|
Save Changes: Applies or updates the date for a record or multiple records. |
|
Export to Excel |
|
Delete Records: Purges the data for an user, all historical data is deleted. |

Archive Records: Moves the record from the active view to the archive view |
|
Restore Records - Restores the archived record to the active view |
|
ChangeLog: Provides you with an audit of recent changes made within the menu. Controlled by global setting |
|
Import: Allows you to make bulk changes by importing data directly through the browser. Must use exported template |
Main Grid:
All our grids follow the same structure. Every record has to start with and identifier “Id”, description and then the different options. All fields have a search, filters and sorting functions. The columns can be resized, rearranged and hidden.

Edit column options:
Options to sort data from ascending or descending filters. Hide or show columns. Filter data by values: contain, equal to, greater than, etc. Arrange columns by user.
