This is used to scan labels for users, locations, units and work orders to get instant access to the detail screens of the web application.

Operation Defaults at Job Scan

Two new settings have been added to control how operations are defaulted on the tablet at the point of scanning a job QR.

Operation Add-Ons

Two separate SMV's for add-ons are added to the operation-list. Add-ons are shown separated from SMV to the operator but are added up to the same total earnings for the operator.

The two add-ons are kept separated in the transaction logs for external reporting.

Conditional SMV and Piece Rate

Each operation in the operation list can have a set of conditional SMV's and Piece Rates defined by the tags linked to the unit/work order.

Extra Add-Ons

Each operation in the operation list can have a set of extra add-ons related to the quantity in the unit/work order.

Hide off-standards

An option to show/hide off-standards to users has been added in Manage Off-standards.

Off-standard approval

The list of roles on an off-standard code is used to define who can make an off-standard approval.

The users in the roles defined on the code will still be alerted by e-mail, as before.

Live Production Workorders

The WIP columns come in two different variants.

Either by piece count as before but now also by SMV. Select your choice by using the "Toggle WIP Columns".

Let Quality Control staff use a tablet or phone to shoot pictures of the faults to send back to operators for repair.
